Incoming MS pipe, sheet and FRP raw material is checked against order specifications before it goes into fabrication.
Welded joints on frames and towers are visually inspected for consistency and finish before parts move to coating.
Platform heights, railing gaps and slide dimensions are checked against the approved drawing for each order.
Coating thickness and surface preparation are checked to reduce the risk of early corrosion or peeling.
Moulded slide chutes and seating shells are inspected for surface finish and structural thickness.
Assembled or part-assembled units are checked against the order sheet before they leave the workshop.
